We are committed to protecting your privacy aand adhere to the Internet Security measures available to us. The information you provide us is used for the sole purpose of processing your order.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, before taxes. This offer does not apply for international orders. International shipping rates will be calculated upon reciept of the order. We will contact you via e-mail with estimated shipping rates at that time.

The charge for standard delivery for orders under $100 is a 8.95. All in-stock orders will ship within 7 - 10 business days. However most orders ship within 72 hours. If your item is temporarily out-of-stock, we will notify you via e-mail when your order will be shipped. Standard ground shipping can take between 2-10 days.

We offer RUSH delivery and will be available at checkout.

Build -your- own blankets may take longer to ship as they are assembled at the time of order, and may take 3-5 days longer to ship.

Return Policy

With the exception of the Build-your-own Blanket line, you may return or exchange your blanket, bedding or other accessories, but returns and exchanges must be made via e-mail within 30 days. Return shipping rates will apply.

All returned articles must be in the condition it was received. New. Any damages or defects apon return receipt will result in void of exchange or refund.
